Gals of Rockabilly & Early Rock 'N Roll

As part of my nod to Women’s History Month. Today’s episode will be a full hour highlighting women in rockabilly and early rock & roll.  This is by no means a complete list, but we will hear tracks by women who blazed a trail through a thicket of male artists to bring a different perspective to familiar topics.

I tend to lean toward the bopping rhythm and twangy guitar riffs than the dated and silly lyrics -- and this episode is chock full of all three.
