Anamorphic Sound
Anamorphic Sound is a bi-weekly exploration of music that bends perspective. Moving across experimental and genre-defying sounds, the show focuses on texture, contrast, and the art of listening itself.
Rather than staying within fixed categories, Anamorphic Sound follows threads of mood, structure, and curiosity, placing unexpected pieces in conversation and inviting listeners to hear familiar forms from new angles.
Listening, reframed.
Host Kat Landin is a longtime community radio volunteer and curator with nearly two decades of experience contributing to independent stations in the Pacific Northwest. Drawn to exploratory listening, her work connects artists and sounds that live at the edges of genre.
Through Anamorphic Sound, her first ongoing solo program, Kat creates space for discovery — weaving together immersive textures, unconventional structures, and music that rewards deep attention.
